Career Counsellor

Location: Delhi

Role Overview: Collegence is looking for an empathetic and analytical Career Counsellor to guide students and young professionals in making informed, bias-free education and career decisions. You will work closely with learners to help them identify suitable courses, colleges, and career pathways based on aptitude, interest, and market demand.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions (online and offline).

• Assess students’ interests, strengths, and career goals using structured frameworks.

• Guide students on course and college selection with a focus on ROI, placements, and employability.

• Educate students about emerging careers, allied health programs, and alternative pathways (especially for NEET aspirants).

• Maintain counselling records and follow up with students on admission decisions.

• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for workshops, seminars, and outreach programs.

✅ Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in career counselling, education consulting, or student guidance.

• Strong understanding of UG and PG programs, especially in medical, allied health, engineering, and emerging domains.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust with students and parents.

  Operations Executive

Location: Delhi

Role Overview: Collegence is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of training programs, counselling services, and institutional collaborations. This role ensures operational efficiency across internal processes and external partner coordination.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for training programs, workshops, and counselling sessions.

• Manage student onboarding, registrations, documentation, and data tracking.

• Liaise with partner institutions, trainers, and internal teams for scheduling and execution.

• Support logistics for online and offline events, including follow-ups and reporting.

• Maintain operational records, MIS, and process documentation.

• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.

✅ Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, program management, or administrative roles (EdTech/education preferred).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic CRM tools.

• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

• A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
